The goal of this ministry is to encourage women to KNOW God, KNOW truth, and LIVE free.
I believe the best place to begin this journey is in God’s Word.
If you are new to Bible Journaling or, you are looking for a systematic way to do your own Bible Study then I invite you to download my 4-steps to Bible Journaling (see the buttons on the side bar or on the top of this page). Print it on cardstock and keep in your Bible or with your Bible Journaling Tools. This will guide you through the basic steps to do your own Bible Study and start Bible Journaling.
Remember, we don’t want to just color in our Bibles. The goal of Bible Journaling is to give you a place to creatively and thoughtfully respond to God’s word.
When we journal we RESPOND by creating a space where we can do three POWerful things:
- PRAY FOR UNDERSTANDING: I journal prayers asking God to help me understand and apply His truth to my life (see Psalm 40:13, Daniel 10:12, Matthew 7:7-11)
- OBEY: Obedience should always be our response so we document our commitment to obedience. It it one way we can be sure we truly KNOW Him (1 John 2:3, Exodus 19:8 ).
- WORSHIP: sometimes my response is simply to worship; I list the reasons why I’m grateful for the awesome wonder that is God our Creator, I thank Him for Jesus – for who He is, the whole Word of God, and for His grace. #AttitudeOfGratitude positions us to receive His joy! (Psalm 136:1-3, 1 Thessalonians 5:15–18)
While we should aways start with the source, our Bibles, it can be helpful to get some Bible helps.
Be blessed, stretched, strengthened and encouraged as you read, create and pray!
